What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both run the same full platform. Starter is one flat monthly price for a team of one or two. Pro is for teams of five or more, with priority support, a yearly design refresh and automation review.
Do I have to move my website?
No. Keep your site where it is. We host the Express website that comes with your plan, and managed WordPress hosting is an add-on at $12 CAD a month.
I’m a clinic with patient data. Is that okay?
Yes. Keep patient records in your practice software. Co-Create CRM handles marketing and bookings, so sensitive data stays where it belongs.
What are usage credits?
Email, AI and premium actions (like texts and calls) use credits. Starter includes $10 USD of credits a month. If you use more, auto-recharge tops them up so nothing stops.
Who processes payments?
Your own payment account: Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net or NMI. Standard processing fees apply.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with 15 days’ notice. You keep access to the end of your period, and we hand your contacts and content over cleanly. Your content and domain stay yours. The hosted Express site is ours to run; ask us about a buy-out if you want to keep it.
What if it’s not for me?
If it’s not for you in the first 30 days, we refund your first month.
Is a website really included?
Right now, yes. Sign up for Co-Create CRM and we build you an Express website: up to five pages, designed around your logo and written from your answers. The $997 CAD build fee is waived. We may charge for it later, and we’ll give notice here before that changes.
What if I need a custom website or video?
Start here, then add custom work through a Roadmap Session. Custom websites start at $3,000 CAD.
